The FUSION System – My Life’s Work

I’ve spent the last 11 years of my life mastering basketball training.
This is what I eat, sleep and breathe – it’s my life.
And after going through 8 off-seasons of training myself, along with training and developing programs for thousands of players around the globe for the past three years, I’ve found one consistent problem with nearly EVERY player:
I call this the “duct tape syndrome.”
Here’s an example – I get this email nearly every day:
“Taylor, I have Scoring Secrets, TAQ 2.0, Jump Manual, Freak Technique, Dominate On Defense, Ball Handling Mastery, Flying In Four, and Prolific Shooting. How can I fit all of these together into one program without overtraining?”

The sobering answer is… You can’t.
You can’t take programs from different trainers and “duct tape” them together. It almost never works. Every player who tries this ends up severely overtrained, and frustrated from a lack of results.
Even with our programs, like Scoring Secrets, Prolific Shooting, and Ball Handling Mastery, it takes a little bit of guidance to fit them all together into one main program – and these are programs that are DESIGNED to fit together!
Now – I totally understand that there are plenty of players out there who want to work on specific skills, and that’s why we offer specific programs for each of those skills. As a business, we would be stupid not to.
BUT HERE’S THE TRUTH:
To get to the next level and REALLY experience game-changing results (30+ PPG, 40 inch vertical jump, ripped muscle, lock-down defense, lightning quickness, and ball on a string handles – the total package)…
You’ll need an all-in-one program, that’s SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED to incorporate EVERYTHING together – without overtraining, without 5 hours per day in the gym, and without overlapping skills and competing programs.
Oh and by the way… Here’s what it looks like when you put this all together:
There are just SO many moving pieces – shooting, handles, defense, vertical jump training, muscle, quickness, scoring moves…
And if you misplace even ONE of them it will hurt your results.
I can’t tell you how many off-seasons I wasted trying to piece multiple programs together, and training 5 or 6 hours per day as a result… Only to go into training camp as the SAME player I was the year before!
It’s painfully frustrating, and the simple fact is…
You only have a few years to really make this work!
Scouts are constantly watching you – even if you don’t see them. Coaches talk, word spreads, and you need to have your name on the list EARLY AND OFTEN if you want to generate enough attention to make a team at the college or professional level.
Needless to say, you can’t waste even a single offseason with the wrong program.
So in a few days, I’m going to release the video everyone has been waiting for:
I’m going to reveal exactly how to “Fuse” all of our programs together, and all of your training together, during the offseason, pre-season, and even during the season.
I’m going to show you case studies from 3 different off-seasons of training that I did PERSONALLY in my high school years, and what caused them to fail miserably… And then finally succeed in the end.
And most importantly, I’m going to give you a complete blueprint for year-round basketball training that will last you until the end of your career – no need to ever mess around with “duct tape” solutions from multiple confusing sources.
Also:
In the coming days I’m going to finally release the official “Basketball Renegades FUSION System” – a complete, done-for-you, all-in-one, year-round basketball training program that will last you until the end of your career.
Now, fair warning – this is NOT for everyone. It’s not cheap, and it’s only for the extremely serious players.
Like I said, this is literally my life’s work.
If you’re a beginner, or just a weekend warrior type, you might be better off simply watching the video we will release in a few days and using that information to guide you.
But, if you are truly serious about taking your game to a world-class level – Division 1, professionally, or even the NBA…
This is – without a doubt – the perfect program for YOU.
I hope you’re as excited as I am…
- Taylor

This sounds perfect. I look forward to your video. I’m sure whatever the cost is, it will be more than worth it and perhaps we will save money by not having to purchase other programs in the future.

Thanks Taylor and am very excited to get this program. What does the program include? Are there aspects for nutrition(weight gain, weight management to stay the same weight after your reach your goal weight of lean muscle and a low percentage of fat, weight loss), ball handling(go to moves for game speed play), explosion training, speed training, conditioning, quickness training, vertical jump training, defense, prolific shooting, strength training, basketball iq training( or should I just keep on using intelligym), training for mental toughness, the scoring secrets, leadership tips, and tips on team play.
When is the release date?
To every other basketball renegade your goals aren’t as far away as you think failure is just a road block so if basketball truly runs through your veins you will accept the challenge to reach your goals

And to add to Alec/s question, will it include recovery tips to prevent overtraining? It seems like a huge amount of specific training rolled into one program, so im interested how they are all incorporated without suffering the effects of overtraining, but im excited to get this program i feel like this will completely change my game!

[Reply]
Can’t wait! It’s gonna be amazing!
But just wondering Taylor, what would you say be the most important skills for a basketball player? here’s what i think…
- Shooting
- Handles
- Speed/Quickness/Explosiveness (Basically all the same thing)
- Scoring Moves and Methods
- Defense
- Athleticism
- Basketball IQ
- Confidence
Anything else you think I’m missing from that list? I want to be a complete player, so I just wanted to know your opinion on what skills we must cover as a player
I’m sure this will be in Fusion, but I would LOVE to know your opinion on the matter!
[Reply]
Hey taylor
I recently bought the Ballhandeling mastery and prolific shooting program and i was wondering since the ballhandleing is only 12 weeks while the shooting is 16 , what should i do for ball handling in the last 4 weeks? i was also wondering since my offseaon is 20 weeks long should i start over my 2 programs at the last stage to finish off my last 4 weeks?
thanks for the help

Hey Taylor, I am currently trying to use all of your programs and i have started with VJF first, my goal is to use all the programs, with hard work and watching game film, become a dominant PG, i have never played at the HS level yet, but i am tremendously smart at the game so far. Tryouts are in late october- early november. Should i stop and use the Fuson system, or should i continue with my original plan. I am trying to fit all your programs in a 9-month window

Conditioning is built into all of the skill workouts, which are outlined in the program.

Hey taylor, just got the fusion program it is amazing! i have already started planning my offseason this year while i was making my 2012 goals. The fusion components is a great help. I have some questions though.
Im 15 years old with a bit of weightroom experience, but what i thought the plan would look like is this:
My season finishes middle of March. Right now im at “young gun” level, but close to moving up. (I dont think ill make drastic improvements in the inseason)so i figured the 6 weeks from March to end of April, do “Young Guns” training.(skill and weights)
Then May, June, July, and August do the main programs.
The dilemma here though is with PrSh. it is sixteen weeks compared to 12 weeks for all the other programs. Tryouts for me are in the middle of September, and with the preseason program, it is for 5 weeks before tryouts, meaning id have to start it in August.
But should i only do 12 weeks of PS then start the Preseason program, or should i finish Ps? And do you have any thoughts on the plan i have? Thanks
Tony

Which question?
[Reply]
what if you can’t train in the morning and the night during weekdays because your schedule won’t allow it, is there anything else you can do to still follow the fusion program?
[Reply]
Hey Taylor. i have The Fusion System, but im already using your programs, and i`ve done a few weeks , but if i go ahead a use the Fusion program schedule ETC, the weeks just wont fit together
FX: im in week 3 of PSP and BHM, so if i start VJF, DOD Etc the De.loading weeks don`t fit together
so shut i just start everything over from week 1 – and off course use FUSION

Hey Taylor. I am off the team this year and right now for me it is off-season. My question is, is your fusion program divided into off-season, pre-season, and in-season?

hey Taylor, I acquired you prolific shooting program and most likely will buy this. How long are these workouts supposed to take? The basement ball handling takes me like 20 minutes!(it says supposed to be 13 minutes) and the youth program(trying to rebuild my shot) takes like an hour without the 25 freethrows/testing at the end. In your program, it states that the program should take about 30 minutes, so am I doing something wrong?

Hey Taylor, I got Fusion and it looks great except for one problem. In the vertical jump formula section there isnt an actual manual (like the upper body formula) that i can follow. Is it supposed to be like that (where i have to0 build my own VJ workout or am i missing a part of the Vertical Jump Formula

Yo Taylor,
what do you think about outside training.
i heard that you used to train outside, and what did you do if the weather was to bad?
Thanks

I trained anyways. Obviously the best option is a gym, but I didn’t NOT train just because it was bad outside.

hey taylor
i have a similar problem to anthony exept i live in australia where it’s like 38 degrees celcius (100 degrees fahrenheit) every day in summer, which is the only we get a break from basketball and it’s only for 6 weeks (the rest of the year we’re playing either summer or winter season ( the winter season is optional)) and this amount of time is not enough to complete one of your off-season programs, i don’t have much of a problem training when it’s less than 38 degrees but i’m just wondering what would you recommend i do
as always thanks for the help
Matt
P.S thanks for being so patient with everyone asking the same questions everyday

I hear you – that’s seriously hot to be outside… Borderline dangerous. I’d suggest finding a gym ASAP. Especially if you want to work hard enough with high energy and not be zapped by the heat

For fusion do I have to have all the other programs you have?
